Instrument Rating


FAA requirements:


Hold at least a Private Pilot Certificate


Age :17+ years old to apply for license. Training may start an earlier age.


Education requirements :Able to read, write, and speak English

fluently. 

Flight time requirement :Minimum of 40 hours of instrument flight training. This training must include a minimum of:


​​1. 50 hours cross country as pilot in command ( Ask about our PIC DUAL Cross-Country time building)
2. 40 hours dual flight instruction

3. 5 hours simulator flight training


Ground instruction requirements :


1. 15 hours average ground instruction

9. Medical Certificate = $150.00 (If Needed)
